bq. While shipping Hadoop packages we don't need it. I guess it is required
only for running tests. So I think it is fine without server shaded jar.
So the coprocessor related code does use apis on the server side. But that code
runs on the region servers, so perhaps shading is not critical.
Also, I am trying to follow the errors in compilation above for hbase-server2
module. I don't see them locally. Trying to reproduce the failures.
