Patch 6 looks fine to me. I tested this out with a low value for
yarn.am.liveness-monitor.expiry-interval-ms and the patch works as desired.
I'll just wait for a clean precommit build before committing. Thanks for the
patch [~eyang] and for the review [~gsaha]!
