[~jhung], thanks for the review and comments. Good point. I'll make the changes.
I have a somewhat related question. I'm not very familiar with the Fair
Scheduler, but AFAICT, the FS doesn't seem to support labelled queues. Is that
correct? If so, we can just always use null for the partition when calling
{{logSuccess}} and {{logFailure}} in the Fair Scheduler.
