I agree that current preemptions have no relations with OPPORTUNISTIC
containers. I agree with high level thoughts from [~sunilg] because some other
preemptions may need to consider OPPORTUNISITC containers to release the used
resource on nodes, and we did add a custom preemption for hotspot nodes to
choose OPPORTUNISTIC containers as the first candidates in our cluster.
I think we should fix bugs in current preemptions frist, [~sunilg], could you
please share your thoughts?
