[~yuan_zac], thanks for reporting this issue.

[~sunilg], do you remember this limit? What I remember is, absolute resource 
config supports multiple dimensions. But from the code it seems the reported 
issue is valid.

And [~yuan_zac], we need to make sure what the configuration is 
backward-compatible after this change?
