Yes, I uploaded patches to branch-3.2: [^YARN-9573.001.branch-3.2.patch] and
branch-3.1: [^YARN-9573.001.branch-3.1.patch].
Conflicts were due to the usage of VisibleForTesting annotation and the
assertFalse both introduced by YARN-9227.
