Checked your patch.
I can see that the page for capacity scheduler is a bit different, it has the
link inside a h3 HTML tag and a CSS class for the div is also different
(yarn-compose-box yarn-queues-container).
Isn't it better to reuse the CSS class and have the h3 as well?
