I thought each app and app attempt are stored separately, but I have
misunderstand about delegation token and secret key completely.

About delegation token and secret key, what kind of ids for znode name can we
use instead of sequence number? Or, can we continue to use sequence number for

I'll check PB object we can reuse and we need to define newly.
