Reverted YARN-9128 commits on branch-3.2 / branch-3.1 as it broke the build on
these branches!
The compilation failure was caused by that 3.2 / 3.1 don't have this class:
org.apache.hadoop.yarn.server.nodemanager.api.deviceplugin.Device, which is
being used in TestResourceMappings.
[~zsiegl]: Please try to come up some other way to test
AssignedResources#fromBytes / toBytes:
Either with GpuDevice or FpgaDevice or any other artifical device object for
tests.
Please also assess how important to backport the change to branch-3.2 /
branch-3.1.
If you decice to backport it, please post the patches so we have green Jenkins
results for both.
