[~wangda] that's correct, but are you saying that we should not spend time on 
this and abandon it?

Just asking because I was under the impression that eventually we'll address 
all feature gap between FS and CS. This might not be the most important one 
(that is indeed YARN-9879), but nevertheless CS doesn't support it. You think 
we should abandon implementing of this? Or just lower the priority?

Note that it's not necessarily for Phase 2, it could be done later. What is 
your position on this?
