Adam Antal commented on YARN-9511: ---------------------------------- Hi [~seanlau], I can repro the steps you described above with one exception: my default umask on my Mac is 0022, so the test passes by default on JDK8. Also could please confirm that you are using JDK11 (this issue is primarily about the JDK11 related part). If the test failed on JDK8, of course we should fix it, but it passes on my local. I am not really familiar with the umask defaults, but I think this is related to your environment.
