Description: As per the design document attached to the umbrella Jira
(YARN-10370), we need to change the current configuration parser to create the
new object structure when parsing the current mapping rule format. This should
be 100% backwards compatible, to make sure upon upgrade all mapping rules will
behave the same. (was: As per the design document attached to the umbrella
Jira (YARN-10370), we need a class which is responsible for storing all the
variables usable in mapping rules. This class shall be able to store mutable /
immutable variables, and replace the known variables in a provided string.)
