I suggest let's go ahead with ver.010, and deal with the abs resource in a follow-up Jira. This Jira is already very large and we need more clean up for the absolute resource + weight + percent rather than just fixing the problem itself. Also, this Jira blocked a number of efforts such as YARN-10506.
