Thank you [~zhuqi] for the latest patch, it looks good to me! One last thing I
have realised is that we did not have queue removal before, so we did not write
tests for it. I think it is important to test this behaviour as well. In my
opinion, adding a test case which covers some calculation checking (how does
the normalised weight and absolute resources change after queue removal) in the
same manner as we did it for queue addition test cases would be vital.
