Thanks [~Jim_Brennan] for update.
The update LGTM, and i agree this should be configurable.
And i think this is a great improvement, and if this can be pluggable, we can
also use this in async thread in CS and etc, to monitor the cpu usage for this
threads. So that we can monitor the thread number and the scheduler interval is
reasonable.
