started or stopped by {color} user root.To run the tasks on yarn use some other 
users. Hive and Hdfs permissions are controled by Ranger. Do you mean that 
using the other users to start|stop {color:#2a2b2e}TimelineServer{color} check 
{color:#2a2b2e}permissions {color}? If not,can you tell me the detail way to 
check {color:#2a2b2e}permissions{color}?
