Your PR title ...'. --> ### Description of PR Currently we can specify Java options for container localizers in "yarn.nodemanager.container-localizer.java.opts" parameter. The aim of this ticket is to create a parameter which we can use to pass admin options as well. It would work similarly as the admin Java options we can pass for Mapreduce jobs, first we should pass the admin options to the container executor, then the user-defined ones. ### How was this patch tested?
