Although I don't think this will affect the release of Hadoop 3.4.2 since we
are using the release image based on Ubuntu Focal (20.04), we still need to pay
attention to the issue raised by [~stoty] . Regarding whether to roll back
HADOOP-19335 or discuss future build images, I believe that even though CentOS
7 is outdated, we may still need to support it for a while.
