Thanks [~jianhe]. I will work on it.
What I will do is as under :
1. Add a FENCED state in state machine.
2. When fencing happens, switch state to FENCED. RM will switch to standby as
before.
3. Do nothing for Store and Update events if we are in FENCED state.
4. Reset state to DEFAULT when this RM switches back to Active.
