Thanks [~zxu] for the patch, and apologies for the delay. I skimmed over the
patch, and it looks good overall.
Can you keep your logic in {{RMAppManager#submitApplicationmove}} with
parseCredentials but put it back under {{if
(UserGroupInformation.isSecurityEnabled()) {}}
