bq. What about the support of both distributed configuration and centralized
configuration?
Actually I think it's not a very solid use case for me, I don't understand why
user need it, could you explain? In your example, there's only two labels,
which is TRUSTED/UNTRUSTED, do you think is it necessary to make one can be
configured centralized and the other one configured in distributed way?
