Thanks for taking this up [~kasha]..
Id think this would be generally useful in trunk, but w.r.t YARN-2877, We were
actually planning on getting the ContainersMonitor to kill/preempt
opportunistic containers. This way, we can probably have more control over
which containers are to be killed.
