I double checked the ASFLicense failures by running test-patch on my local
machine and there were no failures found. I also ran this patch end to end with
a single node cluster on my local machine, with no failures. With this patch
applied, a reservation was made, and an application was submitted against the
reservation, and again - there were no failures.
