Thanks [~seanpo03] for addressing all my comments. The latest patch (v5) LGTM,
+1.
A minor nit, fields in the DAO like _resourceAllocations_ and _reservations_
should be of base class List type.
[~leftnoteasy] or [~curino], can you guys take a quick look.
