I re-checked {{moveApplication}} and {{recoverContainer}} flows in detail. And
it seems we are not handling reserved container in both scenarios. So current
patch will do good..
I am not very sure why are we not handling reservedContainer in move scenario.
Am i missing something. [~leftnoteasy] thoughts?
