[~rohithsharma], as per current code, container state can either be RUNNING or 
COMPLETED. And it can only be COMPLETED on container finished event.
Can you use event filters and check for container finished event for your use 
case ?

We went ahead with removing this container state because it can be easily 
deduced from the event itself. Anyways container state at that time was being 
carried at event level. If we want a more holistic view of container states we 
can publish all possible internal container states and this would require 
change in ContainerImpl.
