contain jenkins job to sync between IBS and OBS.
I just failed to remove it from jenkins, so I just disable it.
In IBS, you have to rename the job in order to remove it. From Daniel
Schmidt some time ago:
Please just rename jobs to be deleted to "DELETEME-$oldname".
The prefix "DELETEME-" is a hint for us to remove it.
