Here is the HowTo, there are some tricky steps which make the setup steps
non-obvious :-(

1) Create a query for displaying the bugs which have set the NEEDINFO flag to
you
(skip if you already have it):

   a) https://bugzilla.suse.com/query.cgi?format=advanced
   b) Select all items except "RESOLVED" and "VERIFIED" in the "Status" list.
(To avoid reporting already closed bugs. In theory there should not be any
closed bug with NEEDINFO set, but you know...)

   c) There are two combo boxes with "---" label.
Select "Flag Requestee" in the left one and "is qual to" in the right one.
   d) In the text field right to the combo boxes enter you bugzilla account name
(your email, [email protected] for the SUSE employees)
   e) Press the "Search" button
   f) Now you should see all bugs which have the NEEDINFO flag set to your name.
   g) Save the search, there is "Remember search as" at the bottom, name it like
"Provide NEEDINFO" or something like that...

2) Set Bugzilla to run the query regularly:

   a) https://bugzilla.suse.com/editwhines.cgi (or click the "Administration"
link
in the menu with your account name and then click the "Whining" label)
   b) Press "Add a new event"
   c) Fill the email properties (the subject, etc...)
   d) Schedule the event - once a day should be enough, I suggest to choose
"Monday through Friday" to skip weekends ;-)
   f) Select the NEEDINFO query - saved in the previous step (in 1.g) above)
      or your already existing query
   g) Press "Update/Commit"

Done, enjoy :-)
