Solution: Choose another test destination
Actually that is not a problem, the redirection (code 301) is considered
as a success by YaST [2].
But I found in the changelog this bug [3] which has been fixed in 13.2.
It basically means the test does not work because there was a wrong regexp
used for parsing the response (introduced by the YCP->Ruby conversion).
Because 13.1 is not supported anymore we won't fix the bug there, simply
ignore the reported error.
