Since quite some time ago, we are testing a new approach to keyboard
mapping (more aligned with systemd) in Tumbleweed. It was decided that
this new approach would not be submitted to SLE12-SP2 (see [1]). But
Jenkins didn't know about it (see [2]).

So I have branched SP2 already for yast-country. As a consequence:
 - There is a new SLE-12-SP2 branch in github
 - I re-targeted the internal (suse.de) Jenkins, so:
   * The job, now called yast-country-sle-12-sp2, watches SLE-12-SP2
   * The package at Devel:Yast:Head on IBS is built from SLE-12-SP2

Nothing has changed in the openSUSE Jenkins, still using master.

Cheers.
