it is called from
https://github.com/yast/yast-installation/blob/master/startup/YaST2.call#L528

and binary is from yast2-x11 -
https://github.com/yast/yast-x11/blob/master/src/tools/testX.c

so try to have it installed. It is needed only in installation, but
looks like first boot use it.
