I can't confirm or deny that fact! In other words, I don't know if "Seizing the Moment" is on the COSATU web site or not, and I don't have time to check right now. What I can say is that the draft of that document that I have seen was subsequently to be slightly amended following discussion in the recent COSATU Special CEC. I have not yet seen an updated one. This is a strategic document, not short-term, so it would be as well to wait, I think, for the definitive version.
