I think you should for the record acknowledge that the Tender is awarded to a team with Best and Financial Viable Proposal. But what you seems to fail to understand is that the Value might be R150 million but the profit margin might be only R2 million. What we will provide is money for you to go and sub-contract, get other supplier to provide materials and then to deliver as per the schedule and all these are managed within the Project Management principles.
Hence I said the ANC has never changed throughout the evolution of both leaders you mentioned and could not change under Zuma because of what was bestowed to him by masses.
