Dear Comrade Aphiwe I honestly and humbly agrees with you on the point of discipline and the to process to be folllowed as you outlined in terms of disciplinary actions to be taken against those who misbehave - but more so I agree with you on the issue of the fundamental challenge of today, ensuring more than 2/3 majority in the coming elections for the Glorious movement of our people.
At the same time my Chief, I am of the view that any attack on the ANC, the SACP and COSATU - in fact, every attack on every leader, structure of the ANC now, should be treated as part and parcel of the ideological warfare by the opposition, as much as it is a political attack of our election work - I think Cde Lenein was correct in saying: "There will never be a revolution without a revolutionary theory". My view is that the ideological, theoritical and politcal attacks on the movement are part and parcel of ensuring we do not even get the (Two/Thirds) majority we need (liberally speaking). No one should be comfortable after attacking the ANC and its leadership and that include attacks on Comrade Julius Malema and the entire leadership of the PYA, these attacks must stop and stop now. We are tired of those who are hiding behind historical and ideological sentimentalism - telling us of discipline as if the ANC was born yesterday. Cde Aphi, I think our democracy have reached a stage were in which we will never be forgiven for allowing what happend to Cde Jacob Zuma to happen to anyone. As the President of the ANC said, it is very impossible for him to let what happened to him to happen to anyone - including those who masterminded the pain, sorrow and character assasination on his persona. I hope my Chief you understand my argument especially on the relationship between revolutionary theory and revolution.
