Comrades am very disturb by so called uesless management that we have in our public institution for the fisrt time the fees increase twice for no good reasons.i really need one cadres who can tell me what is wrong Tshwane North College Management our own ANC in their manifasto they making it very clear on issues of free education.i don't know whether this managers.Am calling all members of Sasco'YCL please come closer to our rescue.amandla
