It's embarrassing. One feels embarrassed for the comrade's misunderstanding, at his age. Nobody asked the ANC to organise socialism. It is not necessary for Billy Masethla to apologise for something he was never expected to do. Why does he think so? How embarrassing. The ANC's job is to democratise the country. It nearly managed to do the opposite, until it was rescued at Polokwane.
It is not necessary to run after every small thing that the Mail & Guardian starts up. If you do that you end up being "played" every week by the Mail & Guardian. The less said about it, the better.
