It seems the problem you have is institutional. All public sector 
establishments have interior intra-discilplinary mechanisms, and processes that 
can be used to assuage such behaviour. So, the first point of call is the 
immediate supervisor. Should you elect not to seek audienece with this fellow, 
ask a colleague or a person who holds a superior positions than this guy to 
engage him.

I have a big problem. I have this boer that supresses me. He has uttered at 
some point racist comments. I dont believe that we should still have these kind 
of people within the public sector at this point in time.
