Cde Senzo Dlamini could you please link me up Cde Kwenzy from Jozini. This is
over a myriad of concerns being raised by community members from areas falling
under that municipality over lack of services such as water, electricity and
transport. Unfortunately these outcries seem to be falling on deaf ears - after
all the municipal officials aren't that affected, they drive 4X4's and have
access to water.
In addition the area is deeply rural and backward but from where I stand only
the Party can rescue those forgotten destitute masses who are lingering under
the ascendancy of the IFP. However, we have to assist local communists there in
the whole process.
