How can a congress that took place on the 02-03 Dec take resolutions on "what had happened" on the 10-13 Dec 2009. Pls don't confirm a view of yellow communism, does it exist in Eastern Cape.
Funky Mpumalanga >>> [email protected] 12/23/09 8:46 AM >>> *YCLSA: EASTERN CAPE PROVINCIAL PRESS STATEMENT* * * *22 December 2009* The Young Communist league in the Eastern Cape province held its 02th provincial congress on the 02 -03 December 2009 at Turn Bull Park Hall (East London ), its took some of the following resolutions: *IN DEFENCE OF ALLIANCE* Only the ANC led *Alliance has the revolutionary traditions, the capacity, the will and determination to change the conditions of our people for the better. We will not allow certain greedy individuals that want to destroy this revolutionary alliance for their narrow opportunistic and business interests, who want to project that there is a crisis on the alliance and want to project YCL and SACP as sub-committees of ANCYL and ANC. We are fully confident that ANCYL and ANC does not see YCL and SACP as opposition , its just few individuals that are absorbed by a demon of capitalism and this demon is a sickness of special type that need strong medication. We also call upon those who went to the SACP Special Congress with the aim to disrupt the congress and humiliate the National Chairperson of the party and the communist at large to apologize as they once said they don't fear the communists. As the Young Communist league in Eastern Cape, we defend and support the national chairperson of the party Cde Gwede Mantashe including all leaders of the SACP. *ON THE PROVINCIAL PREMIER* * * The ANC in the provincial conference at River Park took a resolution that Cde Pumullo Musualle must be the provincial premier , the 02nd provincial congress of the Young Communist League on its provincial congress also re-affirmed this resolution by also resolving that the provincial chairperson of the ANC in the Eastern Cape must be the provincial premier. *ON OCCURING ROAD ACCIDENTS* As YCL in the Eastern Cape , we are very worried with the continuous bus crash and other accidents that keeps robbing the poor souls of our people in this festive season. We would like to pass our condolences to all the families that their relatives have been involved in these different accidents.
