Where tyranny reigns even when there is dissent it is crushed and part of the issue is that I wonder the thought that you expressing around the informal dialogues you have with NEC members and ex-officio really reflect your understanding of the ANC Youth League NEC business and the nature of the debates internally or the modus operandi relating to the style of leadership? Have you ever been in a meeting presided by the incumbent president, comrade Julius Malema or are you insinuating that you are priviledged to know the style of leadership that he applies to run the organisation. The National Disciplinary Committee derives its existence from the ANC YL Constitution but the Constitution has never appointed the NDC members, these are appointed by the incumbent leadership and I guess as we all understand the organisation, it becomes clearer who the applier of the law is and the direction the law is going to be applied based on the appointment of the NDC. The NDC is not an elected structure, it does not emanate from Conference, only its mandate derive from the Constitution which is a product of Congress in its self regulation and definition.
