I wish to congratulate the president for taking a long awaited decision of
removing hyenas like Nyanda as they projected a wrong picture of our
progressive government, secondly is to congratulate the president on having
confidence in young people as we have now three young people in the cabinet,
Thirdly to congratulate gauteng for having produced three people to the
cabinet, fourthly to congratulate cde elder Ben Martin a disciplined cadre of
the revolution for having being appointed but hastned raise to my diappointment
on the president for not considering cde Jeremy on a more seniour position
given his experience secondly on deciding to remove cde Mayende without looking
into capacitating that department as in my view I think that department is not
capacited sufficiently and it makes the incumbent feeble
