PRESS ALERT: FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Members of the media fraternity are hereby invited to the SACP’s 2011 local
government election campaign Western Cape provincial launch. The launch is a
milestone in the mass mobilisation work of the SACP to protect, defend and
advance the interests of the working class which are undermined by the racist
reactionary forces such as the Democratic Alliance.
In this terrain of struggle the vanguard of the working class will intensify
grass roots campaigns to expose and defeat those that deny poor people decent
houses, water, electricity, sanitation and thus a dignified livelihood.
The launch will take place as follows:
Venue : Hangberg Multi-Purpose Hall
Date : 19 March 2011
