Wednesday 20 April 2011

The CU meets at 17h00 this Wednesday evening in the NUMSA Head Office Boardroom to begin its series of ten discussions on the National Democratic Revolution.

The active term in "
National Democratic Revolution" is "Democratic".

The extension of democracy from border to border and from grassroots upwards is what is going to revolutionise and build the nation. The main form this democratisation takes is mass organisation.

We are scheduled to meet on Wednesday 20 April 2011 to discuss “Roots of the NDR” - the first part of the ten-week course on the National Democratic Revolution.

Then we miss one week and come back together, after the various holidays, on 4 May 2011. At that session we will discuss the Genesis of the NDR, based on Lenin's report-back to the Second Congress of the Communist International from the Commission on the National and Colonial Question.

Tonight:
  • Time: 17h00
  • Venue: The Boardroom, NUMSA Head Office, 153 Bree Street (entrance in Gerald Sekoto Street), Newtown, Johannesburg
