I dont think the ANCYL is in a position to descipline anyone specially those rented hooligans Malema and gang organised.
This is what Malema wanted, his statement outside ANC House showed no remorse what so ever he told them to be militant after all the damage that had happened he still encouraged them, i think the DC should press other charges to the top five again the statement ' direct your energies to the enermy' still rings to me and im asking myself who is the enermy, did Malema asked the to ransack the ANC HQ sinse they burned the flag of the ANC and its leader? but one thing foresure Julius has no power to start a new Party at all and even his principals they no that they cannot survive out there without the ANC, so he wont get their support.
