Comrades we how can the General members of a YL branch,make means that the BEC convenes Branch General Meetings as set out in the constitution,since we had the 24th NGC comrades have'nt been convening Meetings.we as General Members have been awaiting for the NGC reports but nothings seems to be happening.how to we enforce the Leadership to carry out organisational duties?
