Yah comrades this DC has became fashionable,i have been not active in my Branch for da past months and it came as a suprise see comrades to being dealt with by a DC that is not even led by any member in the Executive member nor sub committe member,so i was questioning the formation of the DC,that is the reason i asked for assistance on the matter,just be clear on on processes that should be followed
