PRESS ALERT: ANC CAUCUS (GP LEGISLATURE) TO HANDOVER HOUSE TO FAMILY IN RANDFONTEIN 31 October 2011 The ANC Caucus in the Gauteng Legislature will be handing over a house to a family in the Randfontein community which was initially built in July 2011. This invitation comes after the ANC Caucus through the Randfontein Provincial Constituency office undertook a decision to build a house for one needy family in Randfontein, as part of celebrating the legacy of our struggle icon, Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela. The house is finally complete and members of the community as well as businessmen took it upon themselves to ensure that it is furnished. The delegation will be led by the Chief Whip of the ANC, Hon. Brian Hlongwa, the MEC of Housing, Cde. Humphrey Memezi as well as Hon. Nkosiphendule Kolisile on behalf of the Randfontein PCO The ceremony will be held as follows: Date : 31st October 2011 Venue : 4132 Rangaka Avenue, Mohlakeng, Randfontein Time : 10h00 Many individuals and companies threw their weight behind this initiative and indeed the course was realized. The identified family will be there to receive the house and we expect guests from all the three spheres of government to grace this historic occasion.
