*PROVINCIAL ADMINISTRATOR: WESTERN CAPE*
Communication Workers Union has a vacancy for a position of a Provincial
Administrator in the Western Cape Province that has to be filled urgently.
*Duties*
* *
· Manage administration in the Provincial Office;
· Receive, transfer and/or take messages for provincial office
bearers and officials;
· Receive visitors to the office, assist and direct them to
relevant officials or structure;
· Typing, faxing, photocopying, e-mails and filing of office
documentation;
· Make arrangements for meetings, workshops, congresses;
· Maintaining diaries of office bearers;
· Manage petty cash;
· Prepare financial statements;
· Record and keep up to date cash book with monthly reconciliation;
· Order and keep stationery for the office;
· Membership Administration.
*Requirements*
· Good Communication and Writing Skills;
· Ability to work under pressure;
· Excellent telephone etiquette;
· Good time management;
· Assertiveness and good interpersonal skills;
· Ability to work with figures.
