Subject: Re: [YCLSA Discussion] CWU faces loss of legal status over late
reports!

Dear comrades,

The gentlemen called Mr Crouse is an untransformed Afrikaner man still
employed by the Department of Labour who hates trade unions. He is
currently working with an employer association called NEASA that is trying
to undermine centralised collective bargaining in our sector. He has
promised the plastic employers that he will change our scope so that they
may escape our collective agreement.

It is clear that Mr. Crouse is the source of the story, including the
letter from the GS of CWU was probably leaked by him. The COSATU NOB are
engaging with CWU even before their Congress and there is no crisis that we
know of as CEC members.

Regards,

Cedric Gina.
