Another opportunity has presented itself to candidly acknowledge the solid growth of POPCRU-A Trade Union within the Criminal Justice. This [POPCRU News] edition will attempt to recollect the awesome work we have being doing on this ‘occupied with activity’ year…The organization has stood the test of time to implement fully the principles of Worker Control and democracy and we are proud on that! Many events will round-up what was a good year; with COP17, ITUC Conference, Russell Tribunal on Palestine [RToP] and we await also for the National Extended National Executive Committee to appraise us on how we have fared this year. And we are looking forward to consolidate ‘building COSATU engines to heighten class consciousness for an alternative development path’, in 2012. POPCRU wish all comrades, officials and all stakeholders a deserved break until the dawn of a New Year comes-2012.And we will banking on all sound systems we have nurtured over the last twelve months and beyond!
